Bio: 

Ashley is the Trauma Program Manager at Nebraska Medicine, a Level one Adult and Level Two Pediatric ACS Verified Trauma Center, in Omaha, Nebraska.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a master’s degree in both business and nursing leadership. In her 20-year nursing career, 12 have been in the trauma program, starting as the trauma coordinator in education, outreach, and injury prevention, the supervisor of a hospital-based violence intervention program, and now the Trauma Program manager. Throughout her career, Ashley has developed a passion for equitable healthcare for all patients and enjoys advocating at the governmental level and at the bedside.
