Lessons Learned: The Double Life of  Level I & III Trauma Surgeon is a TCAA course created from a webinar providing a case-based discussion of some common and challenging trauma issues, and how treatment may differ between the levels of services available.

1. Elucidate key differences between Level I and Level III trauma center capabilities through case-
    based discussions.
2. Discuss admission versus transfer algorithms based on patient injury, mechanism and comorbidities
3. Identify and discuss strengths and weaknesses of both the Level I and III trauma center
