Presenter Bios

Robin Schrader is the Trauma Registry Operations Manager for VA Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, VA.  She also works as the Lead Trauma Registrar, part time, for Staten Island University Hospital in NY. Robin is the former chair of the American Trauma Society CSTR Prep Committee and is the Association of VA State Trauma Registrars Educator.  Robin also works for PA Trauma Systems Foundation (PTSF) as a contract Registry Auditor/Educator. Robin’s background includes over 30 years in the healthcare industry with 13 of those years being spent in Trauma Registry.  Robin has worked as a Trauma Registrar, PI Coordinator, and Registry Manager for several Level I Adult, Level I Pediatric and ABA verified Burn Centers in those years.  She has spoken at many PTSF conferences, has hosted several webinars for the American Trauma Society, and has done several AMN, Revenue Cycle Education podcasts on topics such as Performance Improvement and Hospital Events/Complications.  In her spare time, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years, their son, and their 3 dogs.
