An experienced nursing leader with 20 years of emergency and trauma leadership experience, Terri DeWees currently serves as the Director of Trauma Services at Novant Health-New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. NHNHRMC is a level II ACS verified trauma center caring for over 3800 patients annually. She has interests and experience in emergency department throughput, emergency management, clinical education, patient experience, and trauma operations, finance, and performance improvement.
