Join the webinar to hear the panelists' transition from military to civilian practices for non-physician healthcare providers. According to Morgan et al. (2020), support and recognition of barriers helped the veterans accomplish their goals in the transitional phase. The webinar discusses the differences between military and civilian structures, transition obstacles, and strategies. An added bonus will be a guest speaker from the ESGR to discuss how agencies can assist in supporting the transition.

1.  Describe the command structure difference between a military hospital and a civilian hospital.
2.  Discuss how your unique experiences in the military can elevate your position in a civilian organization.
3.  List supportive agencies such as ESGR that can assist in military/civilian relationships.
